Education is woven into how I work and lead. From teaching a client how to embrace their natural curls to helping a stylist strengthen their skills, I love seeing understanding turn into confidence. Within my team, I make room for individual coaching, continued learning, honest conversations, and encouragement—with a shared commitment to professionalism and excellent service.
